I worked directly with the SimCardGlobal CEO and his team on multiple projects, including rolling out deployment of sim cards internationally, lightning fast setup of phone lines for various business needs.
Working on a special cross disciplinary project to build a frictionless user onboarding path to getting started.
Working with engineering teams spread out across multiple countries to interact with APIs and automating as much of the setup process as possible.
Working on rolling out a fully formed process for one of our main customers to provide highly secure mobile devices bundled with voice and data services right out of the box.
Acting as the principal CEO consultant on both the product roadmap, as well as near and long term business goals and milestones for continuing the company's forward growth.
